Design & Construction</P></B></center> <br><P>We are currently
seeking a talented Executive Director Design & Construction for
our <B>San Antonio, TX</B> office to provide leadership and
manages the personnel and other resources of the department of
Design and Construction, in order to plan and provide for the
physical facilities necessary to the operational business of USAA
in a timely, efficient, and cost effective manner.</P>
<br><br><br><B>Requirements: </b><br><UL><B>Requirements:</B>
<br><LI>Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering,
Construction Management or a related field. <br><LI>Seven years
experience managing large complex construction projects or
managing a team of project managers who managed similar projects.
<br><LI>Strong leadership, management and motivating skills
providing the ability to work in a dynamic, multi-functional
matrix management environment. <br><LI>Proficiency with capital
budgeting, scope definition, estimating and scheduling,
contracting and project reporting along with associated software
tools. <br><LI>Ability to effectively communicate at all levels
of the organization and vendor network. <br><LI>Knowledge of
industry standards for office workplace design.
<br><LI>Proficiency negotiating AIA construction contract forms.
<br><LI>Demonstrated track record of successful project
completion. <br><LI>Ability to translate strategic vision to
physical design and construction.</UL> <br><P>As you would expect
