Customer Service Reps - Utility Exp Required!

***PREVIOUS ELECTRIC/PUBLIC UTILITY CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IS
REQUIRED - ALL OTHERS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED - ONLY APPLY IF YOU
HAVE THE EXPERIENCE**

We are currently recruiting for experienced Customer Service
Representatives available to work Monday through Friday 8am to
5pm. There are 3 immediate openings with an established billing
and utility company just east of Dallas.

Responsibilities include:
*CSR will take incoming calls in regards to billing and general
service questions
*CSR will also handle calls or hand off to supervisor
*Large Call Center exp is a plus!

Job Requirements include:
*Must have at least 1 year call center customer service
experience within a public utility company
*Must have excellent communication skills--verbal and written
*Must have ability to type at 30 wpm
*Must have intermediate skills in Microsoft Windows
*Utility background is a MUST for this position
