Responsibilities: The following are the key areas of focus
for this position. 1.     Manage Home Building
 Manage the production process of home construction from
groundbreaking to settlement in one neighborhood in accordance
with Charter Homes plans, specifications, performance standards
and budget.  Knowledge of the following required: a.
    Plans, Master Specifications, and Performance
Standards b.     Construction Process c.  
  Purchase Order Process d.     Safety Program
 2.     Ensure Homebuyer Satisfaction
 Proactively interact with homebuyers to provide schedule
updates and answers to their questions and work with the
Neighborhood Sales Manager as required to ensure that we are
FirstChoice throughout the relationship with the homebuyer.
 Knowledge of the following required: a.    
Sales Process b.     Building team structure and
philosophy Requirements: Minimum
Requirements: Production Experience 1. Proven ability to
manage the construction process from groundbreaking to settlement
for a minimum of 6 homes at one time including: a. Scheduling
vendor trade partners b. Approving vendor trade partner work
 c. Final completion of the home 2. Demonstrated ability
to manage vendor trade partners 3. Fiscal responsibility for
unit budgets from groundbreaking to settlement 4. Familiarity
with building codes relating to home construction
