Â® Undergraduate degree desired Â® Minimum 5 years
estimating/construction experience with heavy commercial and
industrial projects. Â® Trade Knowledge should include
architectural finishes, concrete placement (slab and
foundations), building construction”conventional and
pre-engineered metal, WWTP, and civil/site development.
 Experience with mechanical and electrical systems a plus.
 Â® Technical Skills should include experience using computer
scheduling and estimating software and the ability to interface
with customer to resolve problems and ensure satisfaction. Â®
Knowledge of local subcontractors and suppliers highly desired.
 Â® Travel is minimal and usually within 150 miles of
Charlotte. Â® Individual(s) must be highly motivated,
self-starter, a real go-getter. Â® Position reports to the
Vice President”Building/General Construction
