Project Manager At Coakley Williams
Construction, we empower our Project Managers to lead and
provide overall management and direction to their project.
 Your seven (7) plus years of experience in
construction/project management will be put to work in
the following areas of expertise: Providing
 pre-construction  project  services   and
  the   scheduling   of construction
strategies on Design/Build projects. Providing support
for the  project  bidding  process  including
 scheduling, value engineering, and if applicable,
the budget. Encouraging and fostering teamwork amongst
the relevant parties. Ability to identify, in a timely
 fashion,  problems  and  their
 attendant, creative solutions. Have  a
 strong  ability  to  communicate  with
  Owners,   Architects   and
 Subcontractors Your responsibilities
will include: Observance of jobsite safety
procedures and practices Project start-up checklist
 Detailed project construction scheduling
 Subcontractor trade scoping and procurement
 Project logs Meeting minutes Submittal
review Regular progress meetings Regular cost
updates including monthly profit estimates Invoice
requisition processing for owners, subcontractors, suppliers
 Regular construction schedule updates Overall
project quality control Project close-out procedures
 Review, evaluate and process subcontractors, suppliers
and Owner Change Orders Review, evaluate and
process request for information from subcontractors etc.
