This division of a Top National Homebuilder is seeking an
experienced Land Entitlement Manager.

The Land Entitlement Manager will be assigned to specific
neighborhoods to facilitate project re-zoning, design, and
engineering for the whole planning, approval and development
process. In this role you will track community, governmental,
and builder approvals for projects with a focus on meeting time
schedules and project budgets; assist the Land Development
Manager with the bidding, contracting, budgeting and other
administrative functions; perform special projects as directed by
the Land Development Manager.

This role requires:

- Excellent people and organizational skills.
- Highly moitvated, energetic and resourceful.
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- College degree, with a design or engineering background or
equivalent experience and/or training.
- Previous work experience in project planning, project
administration.
- Experience in dealing with municipal codes and regulations.
- Basic computer software knowledge, Word, Excel, Project, etc.
