This division of a Top National Homebuilder is seeking an
experienced Land Development Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a builder with excellent
opportunities for growth. Must have production homebuilding
experience, great communication skills, strong management skills,
and be a team player.

Manage the engineering, entitlement and development of lots on
time and within budget; prepare land development feasibility
studies and budgets; bid and contract all land development
activities; review and update budgets quarterly; monitor the
construction activities for compliance to schedules.
