Job Functions: Service/Skilled - Food & Nutritional Services -
Position Summary:Plans, directs and coordinates the activities of
food production employees. Responsible for the purchasing and
receiving of food and supplies, as well as monitoring the
inventory. Maintains food production records/cost indicators.
Plans and costs menus.Typical Knowledge and SkillsKnowledge of
HACCP. Requires some experience in a management role in food
service/contract management. Role may reside in accounts/units of
various sizes. Typically reports to GM or Ops Manager rather than
to another manager level. Receives some coaching/counseling from
immediate supervisor, but has more autonomy and opportunity for
independent decision making.Typical EducationHigh school
diplomaTypical Related Experience2-4 yearsRequired Degree /
CertificationN/A 2900 students on meal plan. Designed as a large
food court which has multiple food venues within one operation.
Unit deisgned to be all exhibition cooking. 2-4 yrs experience.
Requires some experience in a management role in food
service/contract managment. Plans, directs and coordinates the
activities of food production employees. Responsible for the
purchasing, receiving and inventory of food and supplies.
Maintains food production records/costs indicators. Plans and
