Design Build firm is seeking a construction
administrator/estimator with 5-10 years experience.  Job
duties will also include job cost management & reporting. Proven
experience with conceptual estimates as well as detailed
construction document estimating is required. This position
involves coordination between office, field personnel,
subcontractors, and vendors. Good verbal and written
communications skills are a must.  Candidates must have
knowledge of commercial building costs &  methods within the
Southeast. Proficiency with Timberline Estimating/accounting
software, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.   E-mail
