With activation of our security appliances and their related software, corporate and government security teams extend their effectiveness and reduce the cost of monitoring and storage of surveillance data across their distributed organizations. Job Description The Customer Support Manager will have a wide variety of responsibilities during the complete cycle of delivering our products to customers and supporting them after the sale. The Customer Support Manager will work with Sales and Field Engineering to plan and schedule customer installations and procure and position the required inventory to deliver on those deployments. After sales, this position will be the first line of support for end-users and channel partners, both on the phone and during occasional visits to customer sites. The Customer Support Manager will also proactively assure customer satisfaction through periodic contact and visits with end-users. Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities may change daily required. Must be comfortable working independently and able to meet deadlines, i.e. will take initiative in scheduling and managing the time necessary to complete projects and tasks on time. Requirements: " Excellent written and verbal account management communication, especially via phone " Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail " Experience developing new business processes and delivering training on those processes Relevant Systems / Technologies: " Complete fluency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications " Non-technical background acceptable, will train on support procedures Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
