Leading edge design-build firm specializing in high-end loft
construction and adaptive reuse seeks an experienced FIELD
MANAGER for an opening in the downtown San Francisco area. The
projects are varied and includes an adaptive reuse of an existing
8-story building into a loft conversion. 
 Individual will be responsible for coordination and
management of field operations and construction crews. S/he will
coordinate field layout of structural and architectural
components with project contractors, engineers, architects, and
general project field management. S/he will interface directly
with the Project Manager to ensure a timely completion of the
project within the allocated budget. Additional duties will
include quality control, procurement of construction materials,
on site safety management, and compliance with OSHA safety
requirements. We are a hard-working team of
dedicated people seeking a like-minded individual who thrives in
a collaborative, quality-focused environment. 
 Requirements: <LI>Hands on construction experience
including finish carpentry skills <LI>Working knowledge of
construction methods and materials <LI>Excellent verbal and
written communication skills <LI>Exemplary time management skills
<LI>Strong influencing and leadership capabilities <LI>Ability to
manage multiple tasks and projects <LI>Detail-oriented
<LI>Bilingual in Spanish a plus <LI>5+ years experience in a
field management role in the San Francisco Bay Area 
 Position is immediately available, full-time with an
excellent benefits package and competitive salary. Salary depends
