Job Functions: Other - Position Summary:Responsible for general
management of an account/unit providing two or more core services
(facilities/engineering, food or custodial). Senior-most person
assigned to a one client account.Typical Knowledge and
SkillsAbility to manage managers. Financial management skills.
Technical knowledge of more than one core service area. Typical
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Typical
Related Experience: 6-8 years Required Degree / Certification:
N/A POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: The General Manager Multi-Service
is responsible for directing and coordinating services on and to
patient care units and other medical and non-medical areas within
this Medical Center. The General Manager Multi-Service is
responsible for managing the all support services as well as
driving the hospitality training and sustaining a service
oriented culture for the all employees. Position will oversee
Food and Nutrition, Engineering, Service Response Center, Patient
Transport, Concierge Services, Courier Services, and
Environmental Services . The General Manager Multi-Service is
responsible for accessing resources from Health Care Services
that add value to the provision of support services. The General
Manager Multi-Service ensures that the operating standards of the
support services meet Sodexho, the Medical Center, and all
regulatory agency standards and operating requirements. The
General Manager Multi-Service is responsible for the delivery of
improved customer satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred
candidate to have Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare or
Hospitality related area. 5-7 years multi-service management
experience in similar role or experience as a Hotel General
Manager. Demonstrated performance in Hospitality and Customer
Service as well as demonstrated leadership skills and results
driven. Strong client relationships, communication skills and
