Default Not bad for SE

Fairly good here in Southend-on-Sea today, temperature currently 22.3°c
and feels muggy. Looking at the satellite I think that development to
the SW will run up the west of the Country and give us another good day
tomorrow before the storms tomorrow night.

Looking good for tonights BBQ :-)

Yes, looks like you'll probably get away with it, Keith :-)
There's some patchy rain on the weak waving cold front in the Channel but I
doubt you'll see any precip. until after dark
http://85.214.49.20/wz/pics/bracka.gif and even that's uncertain.

The real fun and games starts tomorrow as the upper trough/vortex to the SW
of Ireland draws up and engages the 18-20C theta-w air over the continent.

Currently a pleasant 20°C down this way with broken CuSc.

Lovely day in Penzance. A complete contrast to yesterday which was
both the wettest (11.2mm) and coolest (Max 16.7C) day of the month. Up
to 20.7C today with prolonged periods of strong sunshine on the coast,
but plenty of small/medium cumulus inland. Frontal cloud towards the
SE horizon all day. Good visibility. This has been a feature of the
last week or so, with the major exception of yesterday.

www.sennen-cove.com/lbtdy.htm shows conditions well. Notice some wave
cloud near the cliff tops as well as the inland cumulus. The coast has
been the place to be, and the sea is 16C - about b****y time!
