ISTM that the beach activism / liaison / PR comes from the bottom up and
that BN is simply claiming credit for it's members activities, activity
that would probably take place locally if BN didn't exist.

I can't see a great deal of PR being done, outside of the naturist world.

Comes under the "fun and games" banner so can't really be counted as
"Other significant activities"

Not much seems to be happening there, but I will accept that much of
this sort of work is like swan legs.

This is a basic function of any organisation nowadays. So I can't see
how BN can claim credit for something that it needs to do anyway
