Problems with Tiscali

Tiscali users will have found that once again newsgroups are virtually
unobtainable on Tiscali.
If you are lucky enough to see this, here is a way round I have been given
which worked - after several tries.
To add/change a news server in Outlook Express..go into:=
Tools>Accounts>Add
Choose News
Enter display name then cl.Next.
Enter an E.Mail address then cl.Next
Enter the new news server address
"news.aloe.org" in the box(without the quotation marks)
Then cl on finish.
When prompted to get new groups,cl.Yes
You will then need to choose groups to subscribe to on the new server, and
set the synchronisation settings as you would with any server. Then you're
up and running with an alternative - for free.

Good luck, and like me dump Tiscali as soon as you can. They're useless, and
getting worse.
