The organiser of a local arts exhibition (with a 'Thanet Coastal'
theme) wants to include a couple of our Naked Protest photos...the strange thing is, this exhibition is organised & financed by Thanet Council, the people we're supposedly protesting to!!! : ) www.nakedinthanet.com |

That covers the reasoning for their daft and out-of-touch-with-the-community decisions, but the biggest problem is that they will rarely (if ever) hold up their hands and admit that they got something wrong and make a U-turn. So, what's the answer? Well, the only way I see it is to publicly ridicule these people (via the local press) so that they eventually realise that they are making themselves look very stupid. That way they can then save face by blaming someone else for it all, to enable them to wriggle out of any responsibility for all the kerfuffle. |

You think that the Town Hall works that way? It is ten years since I worked in one but that idea would have made zero impact on them. For some, the opposite. I suggest that you deal with the sections that will deal with you and protest to the ones that don't. Keep records for later amusment but don't try to play one off against the other. Simon. |
