I hope to visit Brighton soon. I know there is a naturist beach which I
have been to quite a few years ago. It is an official beach but I believe that it is also a "cruisy" area, including the paths etc nearby and esp of an evening. That's fine with me and I expect to visit there but I was wondering if in light of this the area is monitored by the police - for instance am I likely to find police cars driving past, which would definitely put me off going there. |

Police cars are quite harmless unless you jump out in front of them. |

I would think the Police presence would be to protect the beach users rights and stop any illicit/cruising behaviour and therefore as mentioned in other posts it is the far safer beach option in/near Brighton as I believe there is an unofficial well used beach nearby which has made users feel unsafe. There is also (if the weathers not great!) Bristol Gardens Health Spa http://www.bghs.co.uk/index.htm which has had some good reviews here! A report on your stay would be good as we hope touse a friends flat one weekend away from the kids and (as the wife puts it) have a naturist adventure!!! Ric blondie64 |
