I believe you have to have a USPS receipt before you can do this. I do shop there all the time though so next time I do, I'll grab the receipt and do the survey.

I regularly go to the Post Office for all my needs. I would love to win something for taking a simple survey. The next time I go there, I'll be sure to keep my receipt and do it.

The survey at gx.gallup.com/pos does indeed need a receipt in order to be completed. Lucky for me, I had one as I went tot he post office early last week and kept the receipt in case I needed to return what I purchased.
