I believe you have to have an Old Navy receipt before you can do this. I do shop there all the time though so next time I do, I'll grab the receipt and do the survey.

I regularly shop at Old Navy for all my needs. I would love to win something for taking a simple survey. The next time I shop there, I'll be sure to keep my receipt and do it.

The survey at Feedback.TellOldNavy.com does indeed need a receipt in order to be completed. Lucky for me, I had one as I shopped at Old Navy early last week and kept the receipt in case I needed to return what I purchased.
