I believe you have ot have a Home Depot receipt before you can do this. I do shop there all the time though so next time I do, I'll grab the receipt and do the survey.

The survey at homedepotopinion.com does indeed need a receipt in order to be completed. Lucky for me, I had one as I shopped at Home Depot early last week and kept the receipt in case I needed to return what I purchased.
