Vegas enchiladas question

Yes, in those days around the time I sat in the Stardust Race & Sports book
watching Duke beat 'by far the best team ever', I was getting some fantastic
beef enchiladas from the cooler at a supermarket there. Which market? Not a
Von's. I think a Von's was across the multi-laned street, on the east side.

They were packaged in very heavy clear and flexible plastic. The package was
stuffed with cheese, with black olives and WOW! what taste.

I have wasted perhaps $150 in phone calls over the last five years trying to
find out what brand they were so I could then try to get a source for them
way over here in Tennessee.

Would/can someone please help me out?
