Well, as I've been told; tell people where they're going to be and then arrange meets. Some form of advance-presence as well as real time presence information one assumes. And apparently they "poke" each other a fair amount but I think this means something different from Blaney's comment. Originally, it was an American-uni-only version of myspace that you had to be invited in to. Then, once they'd beta tested it with the students they opened the doors. So far, it appears to be something where you get a million and one notifications that someone you once met has added a little thing to their profile so they can single out their bestest, superest, top top top vampire friends and that you should add it too! Organising events seems to be the only thing it does with little effort, but that's only if everyone you want to invite is on there. After wondering about a similar question the other week, the point appears to be that it's myspace for people who are too snobbish to be on myspace. -- Christofire DIAABTCOD#1 DS#9 ZX-10R |

I looked once or twice, and noticed the same. The people I've kept in touch with are those I still want to contact. There's been a few that would've been nice to meet up with, but they're the exception.
