If I wanted to use this service (thanks Statto) what is considered good
manners regarding hosting and/or publishing? MY PC is on most of the time and I have an upstream connection of 380 Kbps? |

Good manners is letting things seed after you've downloaded them. Once you've got your account, look at the FAQ, then House Rules. Only if you want them to be able to connect to you. Trouble is, if everyone blocked inbound connections at their firewall, nobody'd be able to connect to anyone else.
