Hotmail tend to close any account where abuse has been alleged without seeking any evidence or confirmation that any abuse has taken place. It is possible that it is an automated process. There have even been cases of people having their accounts closed when they have COMPLAINED about abuse because their own Hotmail address appeared in the text of the complaint! Hotmail will never reinstate the account once it is closed nor will they allow access to any stored email on the account. Basically a Hotmail account should be treated as a disposable item. Tony |
