GAMI. The professionals use a router and jig to cut the worktop
accurately, and the template for the router costs more than a worktop:

Still need the router and the cutter.

Might be able hire the router but need to buy the cutter.

Half decent hand-held routers actually aren't that expensive anymore.

I was suggesting that in the context of worktop cutting, a 15 quid
Netto routmenot wouldn't measure up, that's all.

QVS (electrical wholesaler) do the jig for £ 35 with instructions for
Left/right Male Female cuts, bet you can't hire for less
and they do crap router bits for a tenner, but they did the job fine for me
I only needed 6 cuts
By the way, spend the cash on a decent router! (IMHO)
