Ah, but it depends on the type of neighbour you're dealing with... my particular gripe, which I tend to go outside to be vocal about, is when footballs etc., keep going into our garden and smacking into my car. Having argued with one neighbour about it last week, I was pleasantly surprised when he popped round earlier to say he could see my point, and to apologise.
