There's a new sign on Brighton seafront. When approaching the seafront
from one of the side roads (this is the only one AFAIA) there's a yellow
rectangle with a small No Entry sign and a right pointing arrow.

What's that all about?

If they mean no right turn, what's wrong with a no right turn sign like
all the other ones I ignore.
