I'd say a), but do it when Civic-cahn is round there and let him know in
a roundabout way that you're targetting your words at him not Ren5-boi,
and do it in a calm and controlled manner. Explain that if it carries on
you'll have no option but to inform the police and see what they'll do.
If Mr Civic gets shirty then adopt b)
