Right, let's get this over and done with ...

1. They had the bike I wanted.
2. At a good price.
3. Once I've got it and had the 600 mile service the bike will be taken
care of by my tame local mechanic. I will have no more contact with them.

Seriously, how bad could it be?

It might come with a clown shoe where the cylinder head should be...
other than that, not a lot.
