Looks like we're finally getting there....
We have a (big) hired truck with Hiab going up to Yorks to collect an
electric vehicle very soon and this could pop in on its way back here. The
Hiab has a 14m reach and can lift up to about 2t. Can you give me the
distance from the road kerb to the nearest bit of concrete outside your
garage door.
The aim is for me to meet the truck at your gaff, and to strip a few bits
off the machine and jack it up onto a pallet truck and roll it outside to
the edge of the gravel area where the Hiab can grab it using slings etc.
It does sound feasible, but we need to know the distance above as the
lifting capacity of the Hiab varies with reach.

at 14 meters... proper HIAB in fact I bet it's a PALFINGER

If it is a Palfinger it'll probably be >30t/M and a D boom.
Possibly around a PK 40000 and if not old then radio remote control
