minutes (or on E4+1 in 75 minutes), please?

I was going to tape it, but the co-ax cable from my Sky box to my video is
buggered[1] and I don't have a spare handy.

having to use SCART for other things ... and, no, I'm not rewiring my Sky
Box, Video, DVD player, amp, CD player and PS2 in the next 10 minutes to get
it all set up to record.
