Yoghurt on fried bread, mate. Strawberry or Black Cherry works best.

Oo ta! Any type of yoghurt?

Oh, strawberry and cherry, doh. I thought that was the toast!

This is worse than I thought...

Cheers

By Jove, it works!

Still a bit slow of thinking (no change there, then) but the headache's
all but gone!

Cheers!

They have, it's called "don't drink heavily".

Or if you must, drink the same amount of water as you have alcohol
afterwards. Bit of fruit juice helps as well.

I always do this[1] and after last nights two bottle of wine felt fine
this morning at 7am.

[1] Mind you, I'm drinking a lot of water at the moment anyway as part
of my training.

Artichoke capsules, two or three before you go out on the piss, and another
two or three before retiring. Get them from Boots - they work a treat. The
worst I've ever felt after a monster session when I'd taken those was ever
so slightly dazed the next day.

Milk thistle is another good one for the morning after.

Failing that, soluble Solpadeine and a fry-up!

I always swear by oxygen. Works a treat.

20 minutes sat in front of the telly with a decompression cylinder and I
are a happy bunny again...

The severity of a hangover is directly proportional to guilt.

Lots of water and a couple of ibuprofen tablets before bed.

Doesn't sort a dodgy stomach, but I can live with that if I don't get
the headache.

Rehydrate Powders from Boots, replaces all the body salts that you've

My cousin swears by `natural hangover cure tablets`
http://www.ru-21uk.co.uk/
Taken whilst working her way through the evening`s drinks ensures that she
doesnt suffer with the raging headaches/nausea the morning after, or so she
tells me..

Except it will actually de-hydrate you.
It's probably the caffeine with the asprins that help.

Caffeine is a diuretic. Hence it just encourages all the water that
you are taking in to go out again faster.

Yebbut how much caffeine is in a can of Coke when compared say to a mug of
coffee?

Whatever, when I'm feeling dehydrated I find that Coca Cola works wonders,
even if it is nasty stuff.

I discovered a little known gem yesterday (for me anyway).

Panadol[1] - It's got caffeine in it. Two birds with one stone.

[1] Bloody expensive as I always try and buy generic, but when needs
must...

Plus the sugar makes it harder for the body to absorb the water, and in
fact will tend to remove water from the blood. cf Osmosis

Whatever effect it is counteracting, it's not de-hydration I promise you.
