It appears the RAC are busy assisting north Wales plod in their
persecution.

They've _donated_ a van "to be used to promote road safety as part of
the force's Bikesafe scheme."

I wonder if that means I've got to watch for RAC vans as well now ;o)

It depends on how they use it. If it just becomes another 'speed safety
van', then thre RAC are muck. If OTOH, they find a legitimate, useful
way of using it, like using it as a base for getting information out to
would-be casualties, then I'm not so concerned.
