Pat and I have just spent most of the day at Croft being Daz's pit
groupies. Second time out he was posting 1'34s on intermediates on a dry track - overtook two bikes at once just in front of us. Mind, he's still 9 seconds off Dennis Hobbs' time ... -- Colin Irvine YZF1000R BOF#33 BONY#34 COFF#06 BHaLC#5 http://www.colin.irvine.dsl.pipex.com/ |

Apart from a couple of red flagged races and that unfortunate incident on pit lane (slidies) it was an excellent day. Joe Chinese takeaway to reply |

I looked for 84 but apart from in the assembly area, I never saw it, by the time the bikes were in there, it was too late to chat. I was the marshal covered in corn flies at complex out where the bikes entered the track, Saturday, I even did a strip on the track when I was attacked by the little barstewards when we redflagged the race, spent the rest of the afternoon in jeans and t-shirt, til the sun went in and the flies followed. -- Joe Chinese takeaway to reply |

Not a bad weekend although I never really got to grips with the circuit due to the changing weather. I've also found out that the false neutrals I'm getting are probably worn selector forks so the engine is coming out this week and me and the old man will be splitting the cases and taking a look inside />Mind, he's still 9 seconds off Dennis Hobbs' time ...
