Default FS: Pan Euro

T plate 1100 Pan. 50th Anniversary Limited Edition, in a fetching shade
of gold.

ABS and TCS (see below).

105,000 miles.

Baglux tank cover.

Honda colour matched top-box to go with the panniers.

Corbin saddle. Sit on it all day, you won't get piles.

Cosmetically challenged, and the ABS is currently faulting. Last time
that happened cleaning the battery terminals cured it. I have tried that
and it didn't change things. Assume dodgy sensor (about £100 from David
Silver).

It's got a genuine Honda right silencer and a Motad left one.

It's also got an amazingly full service history from it previous owner,
including cambelt at 60,000 miles. I've done oil and filters, and fitted
a new rear ABS sensor and a new clutch.

1 year's MOT (mid August 2008) and taxed to end of November.

Currently sporting a towbar, but I plan to remove that and flog it
separately, unless you haggle.

Basically scruffy but sound Pan.

Located in North Herts, near Hitchin. Delivery by arrangement.

£1100 to a UKRMer.

It's not. It doesn't take up enough space to be a worry.

S OK, little permanent damge. Overhang mirrors, that's what you need
- or kneecap-mounted cameras, that's more your line.

I've got a TS250 that might be for sale - 12 months MOT.

I wasn't denying that - but being squished between your back and
Bronz's front was getting a bit onerous.

There's always that. Not a lot of call for dirt bikes round your way,
iwt. That, and it would drop you right in with the HOC marquewise.

Blimey. It's a bit challenged, although it's all there and the 650 is
quite sought-after.

A lot depends on how it runs. A *hell of a lot* depends on whether the
drive shaft tunnel is badly corroded, which has put more old CXs off the
road than White Van Man. They rust through from the inside: bad news.

Assuming it runs well and the shaft tunnel is OK, then it looks like it
could be made road-legal for not much cash. So £300-400 depending on
state of tyres, brakes, etc.

It's got a brand new MOT, good brakes, good tyres (Avons), runs fine and
shaft OK.

Oh, well, then, £500 all day long. Maybe £600 with some polish and
chrome cleaner applied.
