Just been to the dealers where my wrecked bike's been sitting, to
rescue a couple of bits and bobs before the insco takes possession, and have therefore a few items surplus to requirements: Specifically, I have a black baglux tank cover for a gsxr1000 k3/4, together with expandable bag to fit it. There's also (in my garage the whole time) the original pillion seat, the plastic hump having been smashed in the prang. Oh, and I also liberated the toolkit, if anyone's in dire need of a full OE item, although I think I'll find a use for most of its contents. And the owners manual, although it's been wet so may not be usable. So if anyone wants it, I can send it for postage charges or, if you're not in a hurry, possibly the u/g railway, but that's depenant on Adie coming over and being prepared to carry it back. -- _______ ..'_/_|_\_'. Bagster have been very good about such things in the past. But this is the little spring-loaded pressy thing on the bag that slides into the rear-most attachments on the cover. I don't see how it could be replaced, as it seems to be part of the bag? -- Champ I don't know, but I been told, you never slow down, you never get old ZX10R | GPz750turbo | GSX-R600 (race) neal at champ dot org dot uk |

I realise that suggesting this puts me in real physical danger but why not leave the handbag at home and use the tankbag as a holiday handbag. Enough room in it to put a whole handbag plus contents and without the handbag loads of holiday stuff like passports and a bog roll and a tin of travel sweets and things. -- steve auvache A Bloo one with built in safety features |
