Other: We are looking to increase the target by 3% from 75% to 78% Me: That's a 4% increase, you mean three percentage points Other: What's a percentage point? Me (thinks): FFS Given that my bonus is riding on achievement the difference between the two is 25%. I think I needed to be absolutely sure of what I was being asked to achieve.
