Default FOAK: Fastish Memory Stick Pro Duo writers?

I'm after a USB reader / writer box to transfer stuff to my phone. It's
liable to be a couple of hundred megs of music at a time so it needs to be
reasonably fast, preferably something that's faster than USB1, which most of
these things seem to manage. Any ideas?

I'd recommend Sainsbury's then; their trolleys are bigger than most.

The reader's rate is usually a lot better than any card you can put in
it (as long as it says USB HighSpeed, "USB FullSpeed" being the
12Mbits/s limit if USB1).
