Default Electric Triumph

Shame about the massive looking clear bit on the faring.

Under 10 minute recharge apparently. Only 93 mph top speed though, but
2.7 second 0 to 60, which is respectable.

We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
drugs began to take hold. I remember Muck <muck@rulex.net> saying
something like:

Insufficiently retro, but it's good to see they're taking aerodynamics
seriously again.

Looking into it a bit more, it seems a pallet truck motor is a good
starting point - a few LA glass mat batteries (although Li-ion would be
preferable, but pricier) and you're hot to trot.

Actually, the idea starts to appeal more and more...
