Court for me then.....

and the twat that sideswiped me on 18th April 2002 on the Glodwing

Witness statements, correlation of facts stuff, medical report, barrister,
and brief all to be there Monday 19th.
Brief reckons that they *might* settle out of court although this could mean
a *deal* of some sort.

Looking down the posts below I see Lozzo's response on another damage
incident and it got me to wondering if should (If successful) get the
bastard insewerants company on the other side to rectify the bike instead of
offering me salvage etc?

I've spent around "700 on bits and have a rolling chassis with some plastic
yet to put back on, I'm a little reluctant and half hearted to complete it
just in case they want it back and pay me out entirely.
