Posters such as these seem to be able to grasp how to sign cheques to
pay those enlisted to work on their various bikes, but dont really seem to have much of clue if they have to get their own hands dirty (TOG suggests cam chain must be split to remove cam from XS650, and Wegg asserts that original Truimph Daytona had single carb fitted..........lol). k |

I'm now on;y seeing the replies to his nonsense. So, to turn this thread into something useful, I've just been out for a ride on one of my several Classic bikes, and I enjoyed it very much. Then had to do a bit of winter servicing on the DR-Z as the poor old thing gets ridden daily through the winter and it doesn't take long for the weather to get a hold of it. Thought it seemed a bit sluggish the last couple of days and it transpired that the rear brake was seized on. I almost never use it so it does tend to get a bit neglected. Anyhoo I've stripped it down, pumped out the piston, cleaned it all back up and everything is rosy in the DR-Z garden again. -- Posted via Mailgate.ORG Server - http://www.Mailgate.ORG |

I went all the way from Bedford to Newcastle just for a shag, on a number of occasions. When I was 15 I rode my bicyle from Bedford to Leicester for a shag with my then girlfriend, who'd moved from our village to up there. I got to her house and almost instantly fell asleep until her parents came home about 15 hours later. I woke up and realised it was time to start heading home again, so jumped on my bike and left. -- Lozzo GSX-R1000 K1 GSF600(S)W GPZ500S E1 (FS: 350 quid and it's yours) |
