They do have some interesting prices, like 5k for a '99 Pan Euro...

I wondered from the emissions POV, though often a Turbo runs pretty clean,
and I've never seen one there. So if Ben fancies one it shouldn't be too
hard to find.

I thought it was only California that had strict emissions in the 80s.
Hence the expression "49 state" for bikes and cars sold to the rest of
the US.
