Road Tax Question
Was the 25yr rule for not having to pay road tax rolling, i thought not but

By making it a fixed date, instead of that you get people ringing 1973, 74, 75 etc. vehicles to make them into "1972" ones. Again, not many - but if you have a 1973 or 74 one and access to a 1972 frame number... if it was going to be exempt in a year anyway, you wouldn't bother - the ongoing benefit would be minimal compared with the risk.
