Ha when I recently tried this I was sent a V55/4 and import pack after an
eight day wait.
I then phoned them asking for a form V55/5 and explained why I needed It, I
received another Import pack with another V55/4 after another six day wait.
I then emailed them and finally got the correct form after another six day
wait. Twenty days just to get the correct form beggers belief, and that was
just the start of the grief.
Try it and see what they send you.
