That looks pretty nice, and, apart from the exhausts and few bits of
extra chrome it's pretty standard. I'm not quite an expert (paging
Dodger and TOG), but I'd say it's probably worth what he's asking,
subject of course to the condition in real life matching the photos
and description.

I'd go along with that. It looks better than mine, and he's asking
less for it.
Bear in mind those crash bars are like hen's teeth.
Mine cost £400 to be re-chromed (before I bought it).
Listen out for rattles from the cam chains(!) and especially the
alternator.
If you are used to water-cooled bikes it will seem dreadful by
comparison.
Pay attention to the voltmeter, when revving the motor. It should rise
with the revs.
Don't worry abut the Jama pipes - you simpy cannot get originals any
more.
Clock surround looks odd in silver rather than black.
Check the tailpiece isn't cracked down the middle - they're over £250
for NOS items.
Unpainted pattern items available for around £70.
If it goes as good as it looks it's worth every penny.

Thanks for the info, guys.

Bennetts only want 84 quid a year fully comp to insure it.
(5000 annual mileage, 2 years NC, 1 x SP30, 250 quid excess)

Hmm. My wallet s twitching. :-)
