Browsing through the only interesting part of CBG[1][2] at the
newsagents today as you do when you know that someone will turn up in the next few days and exchange cash for one of your bikes, I spotted one for a Norton Commander[3] for a reasonable[4] price. Hmmm, thinks I, tempting at this price. Now I know that it's too late for me to have my head examined, but this is getting a bit worrying. [1] The ads, what else [2] Looking for a smallish SOB for commuting purposes and/or a Morini [3] This is *not* a spelling mistake. [4] Cheap. Very cheap with a supposedly rebuilt engine.[5] [5] I like rotaries. |

Very cheap with a supposedly rebuilt engine.[5] ^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Could be nasty. Wonder who did the work. There's not that many people who have even seen inside one of those engines. Mind you, it's certainly different! Go on then, do it if you must. <awaits new tale of woe, anguish and much gnashing of teeth etc.> note to self: Remind SWMBO to make sure that the local newsagent puts CBG on to 'top shelf' where short arses (like me) can't reach it. Ah, but the yellow one says "buy it", the green one says "You *know* it makes sense". The large purple spider doesn't do bike advice.
