Well coming from Brum is bad, as the current forecast is for it to start
raining in the morning, spreading South to Dover and following us to Belgium, and then following us back on Sunday. Hopefully they're wrong. -- Mike Buckley RD350LC2 GPZ750 Turbo http://www.toastyhamster.freeserve.co.uk BONY#38 |

Saturday doesn't look too bad. Can't find a forecast for Sunday. Oddly, the Beeb thinks Charleroi (nearest Belgian town I can think of) will be OK. http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/5day.shtml?world=4176 |

The original frame had a bash on the headstock and although it went through two MOTs they said last time it was the last one - the bearings knock quite badly as the headstock isn't true and judicious use of a heavy object to adjust it hasn't worked. I have another frame anyway - just getting it powdercoated - which the old frame was badly in need of anyway. I'll never use Halfrauds spray paint again. Should only take a couple of days to swap it to the new frame when I get it back - targetting mid August when we might see some sun. -- Mike Buckley RD350LC2 GPZ750 Turbo http://www.toastyhamster.freeserve.co.uk BONY#38 |

Out of interest, how easy is it to swap frame numbers with the DVLA? Does it need to be inspected/have an MOT? -- /Simon |
