Default Dodgy Lemans frame? I think so.

Another dodgy Ebay frame advertised "with no V5" as "it was for a special".
I asked about the frame number so I could check it out and possibly apply
for a V5 from Swansea on the existing frame number, but the guy comes back
with:
"as the frame has been powder coated i can`t see the number and without
scratching it off i can`t tell if it has a number.I don`t want to ruin the
frame, i hope you understand".
Yep, I 'understand'. Another one crossed off the list........
