Arse Feck and buggery bollocks

Second puncture in the rear, managing to render the tyre un-reparairable

Less than 1500 miles. Is this a record?

Nope; I've had three punctures in a D207 rear within the first week. < 150
miles. That was two years ago and I haven't had a single puncture since.
Luck is a funny old thing.

No.

I got a puncture in a fairly new D207 rear (about 2000 miles) on my
SZR on the way to work. It was the third puncture I'd had, and right
at the edge of the tyre, so it was unrepairable. So, I got a new D207
put on. On the way home, I got a 6cm bolt through the edge of the
tyre, again making it unrepairable - maybe 35 miles on the tyre.

No - right shape but a record is usually of diameter 7, 10 or 12 inches
and rotates more slowly.

after my third tyre buggered by punctures each before they'd got to the
tender usage of 1000 miles I got talked into using the Avon Azaros by my
tyres fitters. Not only have they been excellent tyres when one of them
got a puncture it was replaced for free by Avon (up to a certain tread
wear limit) ....
