One of my guys bid on this as a cheap bike to commute on (yes I am aware
of 'cheap' in relation to bikes' http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...photo hosting He's now worried that he's bought a duffer. Any comments? It's not uncommon to have a mate bidding-up an item and then drop out after the auction ends. Your "second chance offer" is then a lot more than you would have had to pay without matey chipping-in.
